Terms & Conditions

FEES
Boarding fees are chargeable per day or part of any day. If cats are removed early, fees for the full booked duration are still
payable. Food and heating are included in the fees.

HEALTH
All cats must be up to date with all vaccinations, confirmation must be produced upon arrival. You must inform us of any medical history and pre-existing conditions at the time of booking/arrival. All cats must be up to date with flea and worm treatments.
We do not accept male cats over 6 months old that have not been neutered, due to the likelihood of spraying.

MEDICATION
If your cat is on medication we can continue with treatment prescribed, providing full instructions are given. At the moment
we are unable to administer injections.

ILLNESS
We cannot accept any cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease and reserve
the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health, without sufficient assurance from a vet. This is essential
in order to safeguard the health and well-being of all cats we board.
Should your cat(s) show signs of illness whilst in our care, they will be taken to your current vet practice. If the illness
appears to require urgent attention, we may choose to use a vet practice closer to us. Any veterinary treatment carried out
will be at the owner’s expense. Costs incurred (including travel costs) will be invoiced and require settlement upon
collection of your cat.
If your cat is elderly and passes away whilst boarding with us they will be placed in the care of your vet for your collection.

LIABILITY
It is agreed that The Furs cattery will not be liable for illness, loss or damage to the named animal under any circumstances.
All property is left at the owner’s risk.
